The NC Department of Commerce will be hosting a training event on the H2A Foreign Labor Program at our Johnston County Ag Center in the auditorium on Wednesday, August 16th from 9 am to 2:30 pm.

The premise of this meeting is to provide a detailed overview about some of the new updates to the final ruling in the H2A program that went into effect July 1st, 2023. Dept of Commerce has asked us to encourage employers and FLC's to attend either in person or virtually if possible to learn about these changes, a recording will be available if they are not able to attend.
Anyone that is petitioning for H2A labor or interested in starting, this will be a great event to participate in either in person or virtually.
