August 2023 Summer Program Recap

Alexander 4-H Summer Opportunities continued in August with more educational experiences and loads of fun.
  • Discovery 4-H Camp was full of discovering different locations within our area.  Campers took day trips to the following locations:  Linville Caverns, Linville Falls, Grandfather Mountain, Old Salem, and the Biltmore Estate.
  • 4-H20 was a great camp full of water activities.  Youth participated in creek studies, canoeing in a local river, white water rafting and much more.  The trip included a two night camping trip on the French Broad River.
