·
Horsemanship Camp: (June16-21) Take your horse to camp. This camp is for riders who already own horses.  Special features of the camp:
riding lessons twice daily, play games on horseback, learn new and better horsemanship skills and techniques, participate in trail rides This is a super fun week of being immersed in horse related activities and learning. Ages 8-18

· Fur Fish and Game Camp (July 21 – 26) This is the premier summer camp experience for youth interested in the outdoors, wildlife, hunting, and fishing. Activities include rifle, shotgun and archery training, wildlife education, falconry and hunter safety.  Those that have been at least one year can sign up for the advanced group.

· Camp Canvasback at the Eastern Center (July 14-19) This program encourages and educates young hunters on waterfowl conservation. Campers participate in activities that help them understand waterfowl biology, wetland ecology, hunting techniques, and other conservation practices. Skills taught during Camp Canvasback include shotgun safety, shooting & firearm care, waterfowl identification, duck blind construction, boat & water safety, and first aid. For ages 10 - 17

This year we will have a different sign up process - please make sure you register early. You will have to put up a $50 deposit by Thursday October 26th.  Any request after that date will not get a guaranteed space.  We will try but the camp may be full.  We will apply for scholarships for all Macon County 4-Hers but that also is not guaranteed.  The total cost for camp is $550 paid in full by May 1st.
