Clay County Farmers Market
Scheduled to begin on May 16 and run through October 31, the market will operate every Thursday from 3:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Clay County Recreation Park in front of the Black and Gold Center, located at 333 Ball Park Dr, Hayesville.

Food Safety Update for Western North Carolina
During this 3-hour workshop we will go over food safety updates for farmers that grow, harvest, pack and/or hold produce (fresh fruits, vegetables, herbs, mushrooms, microgreens, etc.). This includes farms that grow their crops in open fields, greenhouses and indoor buildings. This workshop is highly recommended for growers that are GAP audited and certified or planning to be GAP certified this year.
