Fall Prevention Series |
Join our 4-week Falls Prevention Series every Monday in September at 10:30am, starting September 9th. The series will take place at the Person County Senior Center and will feature information on home hazards, balance and exercise, medications, footwear, vision, and more.

Bingocizes |
Join us for our 10-week, twice a week Bingocize class from September 10 - November 15 at 10:00am at the South Granville Senior Center. Bingocize strategically combines the game of bingo, exercise, and health education. Groups of participants play Bingocize® twice per week, with each 45-60 minute session consisting of exercises and/or health education questions. |

Living Healthy With Diabetes |
For those individuals suffering from Type 2 Diabetes, we have scheduled a free 6-week diabetes self-management program. It will be offered on Tuesdays, September 10 - October 15 from 2:00pm – 4:00pm each Tuesday at the Extension Office.
