Thanks to all who attended our 4-H Open House and if you missed it, give us a call for 4-H information

We explored the dynamic 4-H clubs, enjoyed exciting activities, and had some ice cream.  We shared the many opportunities available in 4-H all year long. Discovered how to join a club and even how to start a new club.  Our state project book winners were recognized. It was a fun evening!

Poultry Club
Catawba County 4-H is excited to announce the launch of its new Poultry Club and is currently welcoming new members. The club meets on the first Tuesday of each month from 5:30 - 6:30 pm at the Ag Resources Center. Through hands-on activities, the Poultry Club introduces youth to Poultry Science, covering everything from embryology stages to adult bird care. Every summer, the club sends teams to compete in the Avian Bowl and Poultry Judging competitions at NC State. The club is open to youth ages 5-18.
