New 4-H Agent - Lisa Ortiz
Congratulations to Lisa Ortiz who begins her new role as the Catawba County 4-H Agent November 1. Lisa has been the 4-H Program Assistant in Catawba County for almost 2 years. While on staff, she has been managing 4-H Library Lego Robotics, Steps to Health classroom programs, and coordinating Summer Spark. In the last couple of months she has taken on extra duties by traveling with youth to 4-H Camp and Congress and supporting our 4-H clubs. Lisa has a BS degree from Liberty University and previously taught Kindergarten for a few years, before coming to Cooperative Extension.
