2021 Guilford 4-H Picnic
Guilford County 4-H will be holding an end of year picnic at the Guilford County Agricultural Center on August 21st.

2021 4-H Showcase of Talent
Get your 4-H Talent acts ready! We are excited to announce that NC 4-H will be offering the 4-H Showcase of Talent 2021. 4-H Entertains is not your typical competition activity. The acts are selected for skill, content, entertainment value and to create a well-rounded show.

Videos will be due to the county by end of day August 13th. Contact Sarah or Lauren in the Guilford County office if you would like to participate.

Dr. Kim Ingold 4-H Photography Contest
From this day forward our NC 4-H Photography contest will be known as the Dr. Kim Ingold 4-H Photography Contest. This statewide annual contest highlights North Carolina 4-H’ers’ photographic achievements. The winning photos are then displayed on the North Carolina 4-H Photography Contest website.

Entry Deadline is August 16, 2021

Whether you’re a budding artist, an agricultural ace, or a culinary rookie, there’s a competition for everyone at the Carolina Classic Fair. So step right up and see if you have what it takes to earn one of our blue ribbons or your share of more than $225,000 in prize money.

Youth Leadership Greensboro
The Greensboro Parks and Recreation Department is now accepting applications for Youth Leadership Greensboro (YLG), a leadership development program for high school sophomores, juniors, and seniors. Applications are available at www.greensboro-nc.gov/ylg. The deadline to apply is August 13.
