We are partnering with Advent Health and Mills River Library to offer free nutrition and cooking education classes in 2025. Eating the Mediterranean Way (or Med instead of Meds) is a research-based program focused on the Mediterranean pattern of eating, which has been shown to reduce the risk of chronic diseases and support overall health. |
