Learn how to safely preserve your favorite foods at home with water bath canning! In this hands-on workshop, participants will make and can strawberry jam while learning safe, economical techniques to enjoy homegrown flavors year-round.

The mission of Trotter Active Adult Center is to provide diverse, year-round programs, activities and services that meet the physical, social, mental and cultural needs of active adults in Greensboro and Guilford County.
