This month also brings a bittersweet milestone. After many years of dedicated service, our colleague and friend Sheila Gregory will be retiring at the end of the month. Her impact on our team and community has been immeasurable, and we’ll miss her greatly. To celebrate her contributions, we’re collecting letters for a Book of Letters to present to her before she retires. Hands-On Hypertufa

Unleash your creativity in our Hypertufa Workshop where you’ll craft beautiful, one-of-a-kind hypertufa planters—lightweight, durable containers that mimic the look of natural stone. With guidance from experienced instructors, you’ll learn how to mix, mold, and finish your own rustic garden planter, plus get tips on selecting and caring for plants to bring your new creation to life.  Come get your hands dirty!

Flap, Soar, Explore: Bird Migration

Calling all young nature explorers!  Join us as we dive into the fascinating world of migrating animals. Learn how and why they travel across great distances. Through interactive migration maps, kids will track bird journeys and discover key stopover sites. The program also includes a hands-on activity where children will build their very own birdhouses, creating safe havens for local feathered friends.  Fly on over and sign up today!
