Cattlemen's Association Meeting - July 14

We are holding an interest meeting for anyone who wants to be part of the new Nash County Cattlemen’s Association on Monday, July 14th at 7:00 pm at the Ag Center. We will discuss bylaws, officers and programming needs. A spaghetti dinner will be served. RSVP here or call 252-459-9810.

Animal Emergency Preparedness and Response Training - August 11

An Animal Emergency Preparedness and Response Training will be held on Monday, August 11th at the East Carolina Agriculture and Education Center in Rocky Mount from 9 am - 2 pm. Information will benefit FARMERS and FIRST RESPONDERS. More details coming soon!

Winter Annual Forages for Livestock and Equine - August 26

Do you want to lower your feed bill and provide nutritious pasture for your animals during the Winter and Spring? Come learn about the different types of cool season annual forages you can plant on August 26th at the Nash County Ag Center.  Presenters: Heather Glennon - N.C.
