Need Thanksgiving Help?

You can get answers to your questions! The USDA’s Meat and Poultry Hotline is available Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET and from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day. Leftovers are arguably one of the best parts of Thanksgiving. For leftovers to be safe to keep, they must be refrigerated within two hours of serving or have been kept hot at or above 140 F or cold below 40 F.

Add Some Flavor!!

Join us on Thursday, December 4 at 1:00 p.m. at the South Granville Public Library for our "Cooking with Herbs" workshop. We will discuss different herbs and spices, health benefits, food pairings, and explore new recipes. We are well aware that cooking with herbs and spices will help reduce the salt intake of our participants, helping with various chronic conditions such as heart disease, high blood pressure, etc.
