Local 4-H Club Clinches First Place at "Game of Drones"

The future of flight took center stage on April 11, 2026 as 4-Hers in middle and high school from across the state gathered for the annual NC 4-H Game of Drones competition. When the propellers stopped spinning, and the final scores were tallied, 4-H members (Tucker East, Caleb, Colby, and Nathan East) from the Gears N Gadgets Robotics 4-H Club emerged as the first-place middle school champions.
