If your farm suffered losses from Hurricane Helene, there is still time to apply for financial assistance through the USDA Block Grant Disaster Assistance Program. The application deadline has been extended to June 12, 2026, providing producers with additional time to gather documentation and submit an application. Hurricane Helene left a significant impact on many farms across Western North Carolina. You need to apply for assistance.
