Hello 4-H Family,

After 6 wonderful years as the Moore County 4-H Extension Agent, I am sad to announce that my time here has come to an end. As some of you know, my husband and I welcomed our beautiful babies into this world entirely too early last year and our lives have never been the same since. Our new family has altered my career plans for the time being as I stay home full-time with them to ensure they continue growing and thriving.

I am proud of the progress we have made with the Moore County 4-H program! I have met so many wonderful young people and their families which made my job such a pleasure. From our overnight camping trips, summer camps, teen adventure trips, livestock shows and every other program and aspect of Moore County 4-H, I have enjoyed every part of my job! I am so thankful for all of the wonderful people who have helped me along the way. I hope that our current 4-H members continue on their 4-H path, and I hope that the program continues to grow!

I appreciate all of the kind words, prayers and support we have received for our family throughout the past year. 4-H really became my community in Moore County, and I can't express how much I will miss everyone!

Please stay in contact! My email is sarahkbarber4H@gmail.com. I would love to see all the fun you have with the next 4-H Agent. While I am planning to stay home now, I hope I can return to Extension and the 4-H world someday.

I wish you all the very best!
