Centers - Quick Look
Camp offers friends for a lifetime, adventures in a safe, nurturing environment, and unforgettable activities like horseback riding, canoeing, archery, rock wall climbing, swimming, and ropes courses. The cost includes transportation to and from camp, meals, rooming, $15 to spend at the camp store, and a camp T-shirt.

Cloverbud Camping (ages 5 to 8) at Millstone 4-H Camp July 6 - 8, 2022
Adventure Camping (ages 8 to 14) at Betsy Jeff Penn 4-H Camp June 26 - July 1 is our first choice and then July 10 - 15 but this is still TBD

Cloverbud Camp
July 6 - 8, 2022 | Millstone 4-H Camp in Ellerbe, NC | Cloverbud Camp is a fun overnight camping program happening at Millstone for children 5-8 years old at the time camp. At-camp check-in is at 2:00 on July 6 and camp check-out is 1:00 on July 8. Transportation to and from camp is provided by Lee County 4-H and takes about an hour. Parents can provide their own transportation.

The camp cost includes a t-shirt, all meals, and money to spend in the camp store for snack.
Adventure Camp
June 26-July 1 OR July 10-15 | Betsy Jeff Penn in Reidsville, NC | Adventure camping is a fun overnight camping program happening at BJP for youth ages 8 to 14 at the time of camp. The dates of our visit to camp will be confirmed by the center and shared with you ASAP. Transportation to and from camp is provided by Lee County 4-H and takes about an hour and a half.

The camp cost includes a t-shirt, all meals, and money to spend in the camp store for snack.
Costs

Christmas Gift Pack
Camp makes a great Christmas Gift - Full pay deadline December 15th and get a camping gift pack (value $35) for under the tree while supplies last.

For boys or girls between the ages of 5 and 8
Cloverbud Camp at Millstone full pay $180
Nonrefundable deposit due at time of registration - $100 (unless camp is canceled)
Final payment due March 15 - $80

For boys or girls between the ages of 8 and 14
Adventure Camp at BJP full pay $350
Nonrefundable deposit due at time of registration - $100 (unless camp is canceled)
2nd Payment due by January 15 - $100
Final payment due March 15 - $150

Registration in Lee County 4-H is required and parents will need to have the physical form completed
prior to camp.
What about Covid Protocol. Here is the statement for the camping centers' 2021 camping season. The protocol going forward will follow CDC recommendations and will be either similar to these or even less restrictive. There were no Covid outbreaks during the 2021 camping season.
