We are excited to announce that Johnston County officially has TWO 4-H Agents! The goal for our county program is to positively impact a diverse youth population here in Johnston County. With the addition of another 4-H Agent, it allows more Johnston County youth to be impacted through our program efforts.

Courtney Stanley's primary role will be to manage 4-H clubs and lead volunteer trainings and recruitment. Meredith Wood will focus on school enrichment and livestock programs alongside Livestock Agent, Dan Wells. Together, Courtney and Meredith will lead all other 4-H programming jointly throughout the year.

This partnership brings new possibilities to our Johnston County 4-H program and we look forward to making the best better together in 2022!
On December 18th, High Riders 4-H Club had their 9th Annual Christmas Open House! This was a chance for the public to be introduced to 4-H and to share all of the program opportunities that 4-H provides youth in Johnston County. If you live in the Clayton/Archer Lodge community and your child has a love for horses, High Riders 4-H Club could be a great fit for your child!

For more information on how to join,
contact Denise Bricker at (919) 523-2287.

Mark your calendars!
