Camp Cale Fun Day
Registration for Camp Cale Fun Day, March 14th from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., is now open! Youth ages 8-16 years old can spend the day at Camp Cale. They will have the opportunity to experience the rock wall, fishing, archery and more. Lunch is provided; however, if your child has any food allergies please provide a lunch for them for the day. Registration is free.

There will be lots of excitement as youth get to participate in several different activities. All participants should bring water, sunscreen and bug spray since we will be outside.

Skins & Skulls
Join us March 31, 2022 at the Camden Library (104 Investors Way, Camden) from 4:00-5:00 p.m.  In this hands-on program, participants will get a chance to study the skins, skulls, and other characteristics of native animals in Northeast North Carolina. We will examine the relationship between prey and predator and learn about the importance of our wildlife.  Open to youth ages 5-18 and limited to 15 participants.  Register online at:  https://go.ncsu.edu/skinsandskulls
Earth Day Festival
Join us at Treasure Point (123 Treasure Point Rd., Camden) April 22, 2022 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. for a fun-filled afternoon of hands-on outdoor activities. The whole family can enjoy environmental activities like kayaking, painting, hiking, and games. The Power of Plants
Gardening is a fun and exciting activity for people of all ages! This will take place April 28, 2022 from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. at the Camden County Library (104 Investors Way, Camden).  In this class, kids will learn about the importance of plants and get a chance to pot and take home their own flower or vegetable. This event is open to youth ages 5-10.  There is no cost for this class.  Register online at:  https://go.ncsu.edu/thepowerofplants .  The class is limited to 15 youth.
