We had so many exciting things happen in March!
Mrs. Meredith visited several Johnston County public schools and we had 52 classrooms participate in our 4-H embryology program! We also had several club meetings throughout the month focusing on spring gardening, raising chicks, sweet potato production and archery! If your child isn't a member of one of our
4-H clubs, give our office a call to see how we can get your child involved!
4-H is for all children ages 5-18 years old!
We will be offering a 4-H presentation workshop at the Johnston County Extension center on April 14th & May 2nd! This is a great introduction to public speaking and preparation for county & district activity day!

Register here: https://go.ncsu.edu/speakingofsuccess
4-H County Activity Day allows youth to practice and be critiqued on their presentation before District Activity Day (DAD). This day is helpful by providing positive feedback and provides youth more confidence in their public speaking skills!
2 youth from each age category and subject category will be chosen to participate at this year's DAD!

Registration closes May 6th at 5pm.
