4-H Achievement Night

We are so excited to extend an invitation to all Stanly County 4-H members (of clubs and members at-large), 4-H volunteers and their families to the 2026 4-H Achievement Night. We will share light refreshments and celebrate the accomplishments of all our Stanly County 4-H'ers during the 2025 year.

The ceremony will take place on Friday, February 27th at 6:30PM at the Farm Bureau Livestock Arena. Please RSVP by Friday, February 20th by sharing your name and the number of attendees from your family to smith-thompson@ncsu.edu or 704-983.3987.

This event is very important for 4-H'ers to attend.  In addition to celebrating accomplishments, they will be inspired as they learn what their peers have participated in, they will socialize with old and new 4-H friends and they will begin to think about new goals for 2026.

Attention Club Leaders
  • Reminder to submit the name of an outstanding 4-H Club member and an explanation of why they were chosen.  We will use this information to select        4-H'er of the year.
  • Remember to schedule officer elections for your club as soon as possible.  2026 officers will be installed and recognized at Achievement Night.
  • Please remember to copy the 4-H Agent on any emails you send to Extension staff or your club families.  This simple step helps ensure she stays in the loop regarding ongoing communication and activities involving 4-H allowing for better support and coordination.
  • Please make the 4-H agent an admin on your Facebook pages for succession planning and emergency purposes.  If you need assistance with this, please contact our office.
