What To Know About the Cicada Emergence This Year

The double brooding of cicadas this year (the first time this has happened in 200 years) has had quite the buzz in the news lately. It is important to be aware of the risks involved in owning heirs’ property, to know your rights as a landowner, and to take the proper steps to protect your land.
